How to apply

Applications are made through UCAS. Trainees will also need to apply for Professional Skills Tests if these have not been passed already.

 

How we select our trainees

Application forms will be shortlisted by a panel comprising representatives from Essex Teacher Training and their partnership schools. If successful you will be asked to attend an interview, which will give you the chance to demonstrate your skills and experience.

The most successful applicants will be those who have focused their personal statement on why they want to teach and given examples of what they can bring to the teaching profession.
